Add JEI "+" support for recipes in the crafting tables

Expected behavior

Being able to shift click items for crafting into the crafting table using the "+" in JEI

Actual Behavior

The "+" is not displayed when inside the workshop GUI and accessing an JEI recipe

We plan on adding JEI support for crafting and for upgrade info. There is still some errors with the crafting gui left over from porting that need to be fixed inorder for this to happen though.
