Functionality

dlFilter is a text filtering script for mIRC. It is created with file sharing channels in mind. This script filters out the crud, leaving only the useful messages displayed in the channel.

Functions include:

• For file sharing channels, filter out other people's triggers, server adverts and spam, trivia questions and answers etc. (see Filtering)
• Collect @find results from file sharing channels into a custom window (see @find / @locator)
• Protect your computer from unsolicited DCC Sends (see Receiving files)
• Better handling of private messages from other users (see Private messages)
• If you are a channel op, provide a separate chat window for operators (see Ops Chat)
