Add Gitea as a Git Provider

What problem will this feature address?

Gitea is not listed as a git provider.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the Gitea Provider to be added. It should have similar functionality to the other repositories.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I could use an external git repo but some repos I want super and I use Gitea internally because it is lightweight.
