good point; just finished typing up our own general purpose license that effectively boils down to allowing people to use the software freely with whatever modification, as long as they do no harm main repo for it lives here, and will get a copy pushed into GitSoc momentarily |

I'm still sure GPLv2 + Contributor terms might be better, when devs write licenses things tend to go wrong. |

Idk any of that legal stuff but if we're using Git might as well use GPLv2 like Git.
