it is a workaround, but you could try this action by opening http://localhost:8080 in your browser. for me it was possible to copy-paste this way.

I can confirm that copying works in both Chrome and Samsung Internet browsers. The browser asks for permission!! I haven't found where to enable it for the integrated browser in VSCode for Android. It annoys me that I have VSCode browser running while working in another browser. RAM & system resources.
