jsdoc: Menu covers table content

Environment

• [] The MPD passes the DASH-IF Conformance Tool on https://conformance.dashif.org/
• [] The stream has correct Access-Control-Allow-Origin headers (CORS)
• [] There are no network errors such as 404s in the browser console when trying to play the stream
• The issue observed is not mentioned on https://github.com/Dash-Industry-Forum/dash.js/wiki/FAQ
• [] The issue occurs in the latest reference client on http://reference.dashif.org/dash.js/ and not just on my page

Steps to reproduce

1. Open docs for StreamingSettings: http://cdn.dashjs.org/latest/jsdoc/module-Settings.html#~StreamingSettings

Observed behavior

The menu hovers above the text/table. Because of that you are not able to read the api description. Example:

With zooming or copying you are still able to read it.

Console output

None

Expected behavior

The menu does not overlap with the content (table) displayed.
Either the table will be changed or the menu can be collapsed.

I did a quick check and tried different templates. The problem remains, the table is hidden behind the ToC. We will probably need to fork one of the templates, modify it and add it to the project.
