(Vanilla)(Space Age) Steam Turbine has wrong minimun steam temperature

Here it is shown that the Steam turbine needs Steam whose temperature is at least 100°C hot:

Here it shows acid neutralization which is the main method of creating energy on Vulcanus and it only produces 15°C Steam:

Factorio however doesn't show any minimum requirement of temperature for steam:

This makes it impossible to create an energy flowchart using Acid neutralization.
I assume a minimum temp existing has a good reason, so would it be possible to set it to 0°C or at least to 15°C?
