Eliminate restriction of 1 CFD processor in y direction in the overlap region.
Being able to define regions inside the overlap without any restriction in x and z
Create 2 new communicators with only CFD processors and with only MD processors
intersecting the overlap region.
Debug mode
Add automatically to the .bashrc the path variables
Remove any gather/scatter, use send/recv

As of 25th April, the progress is as follows:
