I had a quick look at it this morning. Currently the color is calculated using the risk score. So would regions with a very high 7-day incidence get a new riskScore (4) when querying the data?
I will create a PR based on this assumption, but if it is wrong, the implementation has to be adjusted in any case.
For now, I have simply chosen a darker red as the new color.
In the local data I adjusted the riskScore for one specific region, so that you can see the changes in the UI directly when you start locally.
For regions with very high 7-day incidence, there should be an additional color on the map. However, the risk should still be "high risk"
