If i'm a user looking for EEG datasets, I see 2 terms under modalities filter list:

eeg
electroencephalography
This is great.
However, they each return different results
and selecting both returns zero results (terms Anded).

this could be generalized to broader terms like electrophysiology too, e.g.

christinerogers added the bug label
