More resistance genes were added with the TBProfiler v6.3.0 (WHO catalogue 2nd ed) requiring the resistance_genes.bed to be updated

TBProfiler now has bed file with the resistance genes and positions, however the strand info is not available. https://github.com/jodyphelan/TBProfiler/blob/master/db/tbdb.bed

update https://github.com/BCCDC-PHL/tbprofiler-nf/blob/adjust-tbprofiler-predictions-by-ppvs/bin/make_resistance_genes_bed.py to get resistance genes from tbdb.bed but still use tbdb.gff to get strand information
