I've had a couple cases now where the new posts poller seems to stop polling. It's unclear when or how this is happening. Need to investigate. Likely something with the visibility listener?

Throwing Framework on this because the poller is a common piece of code and if it has issues, that has a much wider impact.

To repro: pull up the reader, wait for a while.
