Domain Management: allow email forwarding to multiple email addresses

Adding a second email forward to the same to address in domains comes up with an error "The Requested mailbox already exists"

Example: cami@example.com can't forward to both someone@anotherexample.com and someoneelse@exampledomain.com

Additional note: this requires adding support for such a feature to the backend first.

This will require quite a lot of changes to enable such feature, I think the use case is very rare and does not warrant such changes. @camikaos I'm going to close this now, but if you're feeling otherwise, you can reopen and we can discuss.
