Incorrect interpretation of faceVarying normals when the orientation is left handed. #2027

Describe the bug
When a mesh has leftHanded orientation and faceVarying normals, the procedural will render a visual result that looks incorrect:
incorrect
instead of
correct

This bug is visible in Arnold 7.3.2.1.
Here is a test scene to reproduce the issue:
