Push docker container to ghcr

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the limits Docker Hub imposes on pulls it would be useful to maintain a mirror of the container on ghcr.io

The container build pushed to bother Docker Hub and GHCR

Describe alternatives you've considered
Quay.io or other container hosting platforms.
