[New Extension] Negative Prompt Weight, The real kind, not using emphasis!

Following the discussion here I made a small extension that allows you to set the weight of the negative prompt.

It does that by interpolating between the learned conditioning created from the negative prompt and one created from an empty prompt, within the denoiser callback. Simple, but powerful!

Also supports PNGinfo and XYZ Plot.
